What is it that drives you in your position / why do you like doing what you do? Having now dabbled in multiple market sectors whether it’s commercial, residential, or life science, I appreciate that every project presents unique challenges and keeps things interesting. There is always more for a design engineer to learn whether it’s code, system types, or an emerging HVAC technology. One of my favorite things about what I do is that there is a tangible product at the end of a project so there’s a sense of pride whenever I drive by a building or campus that I worked on.

What do you like doing outside of work? Cooking and exploring new places.

What is your favorite food / drink / place to travel? Something else you’d rather talk about? Back in college I did a year abroad at Imperial College London and I try to go back to the city to visit whenever I get the chance. As a major hub it makes it easy and convenient to pop into neighboring countries if time permits.
