What is it that drives you in your position / why do you like doing what you do? As founding Principal of MPA, I have always believed that my purpose is to create opportunities for co-workers who believe in the process and who are willing to take on risk and continuously grow. I love the construction industry because it requires relentless collaboration. It truly takes a committed and supportive team to make a project in the built environment a success.

What do you like doing outside of work? I love spending time with my family first and foremost; however, I also enjoy physical activity and almost any form of competition.

What is your favorite food / drink / place to travel? Something else you’d rather talk about? Mexican Cuisine is my favorite followed by Japanese. A few places I like to travel include Southern Germany/Austria and Ireland.
