10% of our yearly gross profits are given back into our community.

ACE MENTORING

Paul McParlane has been directly involved in the ACE program since the San Diego inception in 2003 and has had the privilege of serving as Chairman of the Board the past 2 years.  It is a collaborative effort to bring the multifaceted construction industry, educational institutions, and local community together to expose high school students to the world of Architecture, Construction, and Engineering (ACE) and the building trades.  Many MPA employees have dedicated numerous hours to help and mentor these students.

ACE’s mission is to engage, excite, and enlighten high school students through mentoring and support of their advancement in the industry.
