The Nokia Tenant Improvement project consisted of a fast track shell and tenant improvement for this research and development campus. The project accommodated two build-to-suit buildings containing over 323,500 sf of tenant space. The 3-story facility houses high technology research laboratory areas and state-of-the-art office areas. Nokia’s modern attributes and exquisite environmental designs are reflective throughout the buildings features. As a key leader of telecommunications, this global company provides an innovative technology based orientation to the site. Multiple rooftop air handling units provide energy efficient thermal control to support the intricate, yet informal professional interiors. Elaborate Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems help to sustain the highly active and productive atmospheres.
