Project Description
The Sharp Mesa Vista Expansion project consisted of a three-story expansion and remodel to the main hospital and the Children’s and Adolescent Program (CAP) building. The expansion and remodel were done in three phases and included a 10,000-sf gym on the first and second floors, a 6,000-sf east wing, and a 28,000-sf CAP building. The improved areas included nurse stations, patient rooms, waiting rooms, offices, conference rooms, break rooms, restrooms, laundry rooms, storage areas, dining area, activity area, and pharmacy.
