Jim Schmitz is a registered Professional Engineer and has over 35 years of plumbing engineering experience with numerous projects from the design development phase through construction support and final project closeout. He is fully knowledgeable of the applicable plumbing codes, design practices, and construction standards for plumbing and fire protection systems.
Jim has applied his engineering expertise for MPA to produce designs that make tenants comfortable for facilities such as high-rise/mixed-use residential towers; hotels; office structures for shell, tenant improvement, and build-to-suit; multi-campus buildings; education, manufacturing; medical offices and hospitals; commercial/retail; and military.
