Associate / Senior Project Manager
Mr. McClenden is a Senior Project Manager/Associate Designer with over 40 years of consulting engineering experience in project management, construction administration, facility planning, mechanical design, engineering, and business development. Ken has developed a working knowledge of applicable codes, design practices and construction standards for mechanical systems. His focus is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and “Hands On” operational attention to all of MPA’s projects.
Ken has given back to the community of San Diego by mentoring at Eastlake High School through the ACE Mentor Program. Through his enthusiasm and his commitment, he has helped high school students develop an aptitude for the Architectural/ Construction/ Engineering industry. Ken has also provided current Title-24 training for multiple firms and to the New School of Architecture and Design in the San Diego area.
Ken has worked on multiple LEED Certified, Silver, and Gold projects. Two of the LEED Gold projects are Net Zero Energy.
