Project Manager/ Mechanical Engineer
Matt has been involved in the construction industry since 2000. He is experienced in 2D and 3D computer aided design, energy analysis programs, and Title 24 California compliance program. Matt has developed a working knowledge of applicable codes, design practices, and construction standards for mechanical systems. He has designed and specified mechanical systems for office buildings, hospitals, casinos, schools, military, hotels, manufacturing facilities, apartment complexes, and medical office suites. Matt has designed systems that include packaged air conditioning, computer room units, water source heat pump systems, variable air volume systems, variable refrigerant flow, 4-pipe fan coil units, air cooled chilled water systems.
Matt has applied his engineering expertise for MPA to produce designs that make tenants comfortable for facilities such as high-rise/mixed-use residential towers; hotels; office structures for a shell, tenant improvement, and build-to-suit; multi-campus buildings; education; manufacturing; medical offices and hospitals; commercial/retail; and military.
