Javier Ares has been involved with the construction industry as a mechanical engineer since 2007 and has been employed with MPA since June of 2007. Javier has developed a working knowledge of applicable codes, design practices, and construction standards for mechanical systems. Javier is a dedicated individual who is constantly improving his skill set and knowledge by attending educational seminars and by completing various certification programs such as HVAC Systems Design, Technical Development for HVAC Systems and Revit 3D Modeling Design, and Calculations courses at UCSD’s Extension program. Javier has designed heating, ventilating, air conditioning (HVAC) systems design and refrigerant piping for multiple central plants and distribution systems.
Javier has applied his engineering expertise for MPA to produce designs that make tenants comfortable for facilities such as high-rise/mixed-use residential towers; multi-campus buildings; schools and universities; hotels; office structures for shell, tenant improvement, and build-to-suit; recreational; manufacturing; medical offices and hospitals; commercial/retail; and military.
