Mechanical Engineer

Jose received his Masters in Science in Nuclear and Energy Engineering in 1993. Jose started with MPA in 2005 and has been involved in the construction and energy conservation industry since 1992. Jose is proficient in performing computer simulation based studies of mechanical systems in new and existing buildings by using DOE-2 computer simulation programs such as EnergyPro, and eQuest among others.

Jose gives back to the community of San Diego by mentoring SDSU engineering students who are foreign to the United States. His assistance helps these students to make a smooth transition into their studies and to become acquainted with our culture. Jose also coaches in the American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO) for the past several years and is also a Board Member for Ayso Region #116.
