Project Description
The Phenomenex project consisted of a 20,000-sf laboratory and office renovation in an existing building. This facility serves as a key function in the development and production of chromatography columns and extraction tubes for pharma/bio, clinical research, forensics, agricultural, food safety, fuels, and various industries. The facility has a number of complex spaces and systems including laboratories, pilot plants, control rooms, hazardous storage, solvent delivery and waste, variable flow fume hoods, acid waste, air scrubbing, hot oil delivery, and dust collection.
