Project Description
The 450 B Street project is a 91,000-sf, six-story warm shell office building located on the corner of 5th Avenue and B Street in San Diego, California. The existing site was home to BofA which consists of an existing 23-story tower built in 1979. The strategy for the project was to reposition the asset by demolishing the ground floor up to the tower floor plate and then constructing a new six-story building.
