Project Description
The Crown Valley Retail project consisted of gutting an existing Cocos Restaurant and turning it into a multi-tenant building. The project also encompassed building an additional 2,500 sf retail building adjacent to the existing Cocos. Habit Burger occupies the new 2,500 sf building and Chipotle and Sleep Number reside in the in the old Cocos building.
