Project Description
The 1420 Kettner project is a seven-story, mid-rise, multi-tenant office building. At the time, the building was approximately 34 years old and needed mechanical infrastructure upgrades and/or replacement of the HVAC central plant components. The project was completed in two separate phases. The first phase of the project included a due diligence report and was followed by the second phase which included the HVAC construction documents and construction support services.
