Project Description
The Pizza Port Carlsbad project consisted of a 37,050-sf built-to-suit retail shell building on a 2.8 acre lot located in Carlsbad, California. The use of the space is a 23,573 sf beer brewing, bulk dough-making, Corporate Headquarters with a roughly 2,000-sf tasting room and a kitchen that will produce pizza for take-out only.
