The 520 W. Ash project consists of a new ground up, 25-story, 223,000 sf, 210-230 unit facility which includes 4 levels of subterranean parking and 2 above grade parking levels of 132,000 sf.

The HVAC system shall incorporate Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) one of the most energy efficient and sustainability responsible mechanical system in the marketplace.
