Project Description
The Legacy International Center project located in Mission Valley, California consisted of the redevelopment of an existing Mission Valley resort hotel site. The site was redeveloped into a LEED Certified, faith-based mix of timeshare, retail, entertainment, and recreational space for visitors. The project includes a 34,447-sf exhibit center including a 4-D motion seat dome theater, and a 53,260-sf pavilion building consisting of a conference center, retail, grand foyer, restaurant, 500-seat theater, executive offices, television center, and library. The project also includes an 87,940-sf, 5-story luxury hotel with 126 hotel rooms, fine dining restaurant and spa.
