Project Description
The Valley View Casino Hotel project consisted of a nine-story (two below grade, seven above grade) resort with 108 guestrooms, a banquet facility, offices, bar area, support facility, future spa, and future kitchen located at the lower levels. The scope of this project included converting the chilled water/heated water cooling and heating systems design into a water source heat pump system.
