Project Description
Desert Ridge Marketplace is a 1.2 million sf market establishment featuring an exceptional layout situated on a 110-acre site. Spaces include outdoor fireplaces, unique water features, interactive shopping, and dining and entertainment in a vibrant, high-energy outdoor setting. Our portion of this project consisted of 563,400 sf and was coordinated with specific tenant requirements to ensure a comfortable and functional environment. The project consisted of six separate unique districts that included a hard goods district, soft goods district, lifestyle/entertainment district, neighborhood district, restaurant district, and design center district.
