Project Description
The IDEA District project is an urban, mixed-use development that is located in downtown San Diego’s Upper East Village. The property is a 60,000-sf full block urban infill development consisting of 216,000 sf of residential “for rent” living units (298 total units), below-grade parking totaling approximately 310 parking spaces, 3,650 sf of office, and retail space located at the ground level. This development is designed to be the catalyst for the 95+ acre IDEA District (Innovation, Design, Education, Arts) where creativity meets with design and technology.
