Project Description
This $490 million development, called UCSD North Torrey Pines Living and Learning Neighborhood, is described by the University as a “vibrant mixed-use community”. This project consists of a student housing element with 2,000 undergraduate beds and two new academic buildings – one for Social Sciences and one for Arts and Humanities studies. The project also consists of an underground parking lot for an additional 1,200 parking spaces, a market, dining hall, and craft center.
