Project Description
The SDCOC Conference Center is a 20,000-sf single-story building that is centrally located on the County of San Diego’s campus. The project consists of a main hearing room, kitchen, dining area, meeting rooms, and ancillary spaces. The building is served by two VAV air handling units; a main unit serving the primary hearing room, the meeting rooms, and support spaces; and a separate VAV serves the kitchen and dining areas. The Conference Center along with all the facilities located on the campus are connected to a main chilled water loop. This design has obtained a LEED Platinum rating.
