Project Description
The Shops at La Jolla project consists of 167,000 sf of commercial and retail space, 6,000 sf of office, and 37,000 sf of residential space all combined in a beautiful outdoor setting. MPA’s scope of work included the removal of multiple existing buildings and utility services and the design and construction of new retail buildings to support the new and modernized look of this stunning shopping center.
