Project Description
The Town & Country Resort Hotel is located at 500 Hotel Circle North in beautiful San Diego, California. The scope of this project was to renovate some of the existing spaces within the hotel. MPA’s scope for this project included evaluation of the existing mechanical and plumbing systems, converting back-of-house space into meeting rooms, Title-24 calculations for exterior modifications to the Royal Palm Tower, a new hotel lobby, bar and lounge, back-of-house amenities, new kitchen and restaurants, Regency Tower Remodel, and converting the existing engineering building into a spa and fitness center.
